HPHPF's Mission:
HPHPF is organized and shall be operated exclusively for charitable, scientific, and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the “Code”) or the corresponding sections of any future federal tax code. Specifically, The HPHPF shall create a solid, committed network of community support for the preservation of the Hamilton Park neighborhood in Dallas, Texas 75243. The HPHPF will endorse a redevelopment plan that provides Hamilton Park homeowners "highest & best use" land value and that is in the best interest of the homeowners. The HPHPF shall serve as an information resource for the Hamilton Park community to improve quality of life, including opportunities for economic development, financial planning, outreach ministries, senior & youth resources, and other fundraising opportunities.
